We are hiring for two tracks. In either track you get to be an all rounder

• Associate Consultant
  • You will wear multiple hats in this role across corporate sales, customer success, account management and operations
• Software Developer
  • Full stack - front end and back end, Product manager - ensure the software you build is getting adopted and decide on what next features to build
     

In both tracks we expect you to be self starter with excellent problem solving skills. We are principally looking for talent who is high on initiative, persistence & ownership and believes in getting things done. This talent takes the thing to logical end and the least it will do is read the job ad twice . If you do not and tempted to apply, best skip the effort.

  • Our DNA is to ensure each team member gets a ring side view of entire business rather than being compartmentalised. A developer knows how his code is making a difference to users life and a consultant sees how eLitmus' customers are outperforming their peer group.
  • Irrespective of teams, you are encouraged to have a side project which leverages on database and traffic of eLitmus (will love to see one of them become as big as Facebook)

Our Story

We have set out on the journey of eLitmus 3.0. The groundwork is done and we are now looking for our winning team.

All along we have been too busy building awesome products and ensuring all customer deliveries are nothing but excellent. We have been happy churning out great products and customers coming to us with word of mouth. This has ensured we have remained a small bunch of highly motivated people. But now we are looking at eLitmus being a tech enabled company rather than a company enabled by tech. So even if you are considering Associate Consultant role, we expect you to be tech savvy. Looking for a few mavericks to join the team to make it happen. The ones who Steve Jobs referred to as "stay foolish and stay hungry". Remember it's a handful of revolutionaries who changed the World with the French Revolution.

What will help you bag this job

The selection process is rigorous and only the very best make it through. The key skills evaluated are

• Problem-solving
• Initiative
  • Should have gone out of the way on activities that take months to complete in real life
• Extensive reading habit (current affairs, non-fiction, economy, etc) OR lots of real-life software / app-building experience
• Holding significant positions of responsibility
• You should have explored things outside of your curriculum
• You are high on logic and love mathematics, puzzles, and brain teasers
• With all the above, you are still very well glued to what's happening in the world at large - you most definitely do not lack General Knowledge. It is sort of depressing for us that in one of our previous events, most people thought that the current CEO of Microsoft is Mr. Bill Gates
   

Compensation Details

• FTE
  • The CTC of 12 lakh includes Phantom Bonus stocks worth 4 lakhs which is assured cash (not linked to stock price) and paid out over 3 years
    • Phantom bonus breakup -
      • 5% at the end of 12 months from the effective date of your appointment
      • 10% at the end of 24 months from the effective date of your appointment
      • 85% at the end of 36 months from the effective date of your appointment

Note

• eLitmus spends considerable effort in training new interns/ employees through direct mentoring by senior folks. Only candidates willing to commit for a minimum period of 24 months tenure post commencement of full-time employment need to apply.
• Most colleges we visit with 2 job profiles - software and business roles respectively. If you apply to the software job profile you will not be considered for the business job profile in future
• Only candidates who have NOT been rejected in last 2 years in any role with eLitmus are eligible to apply
• At any stage your previously rejected candidature is discovered, you will be dropped from the process
